CM Update 10/25/09

1 Thessalonians 3:7-8 -- Therefore, brethren, in all our affliction and distress we were comforted concerning you by your faith. For now we live, if you stand fast in the Lord.

Watching our brothers and sisters in Christ live the life of devoted followers of Christ is such an encouragement. I thank God for those in the Church who, by their dogged desire to live for Christ, shine forth to the rest of us. So, thank you, to each and everyone of you who are following Jesus with passion. Keep it up, stand fast, and don't give in or give up. You are a comfort and encouragement to me and the rest of your brothers and sisters.

Do you have any questions about the CM Open House?

Weekly Updates:

• It is a big week for the Children's Ministry.
  
• CM In the Main Service is this Sunday: The children's classes 4yr thru 5th grade will be in the main service during the announcements and leave just prior to the teaching.
• The CM Open House is this Sunday.
  • We will gather in the sanctuary at 1:30pm for the general CM discussion.
  • Then parents will head to each classroom to hear from the teachers.
    
  • Please let me know if you have any questions. We need have each teacher in their class for this to be a success.
    
• The Harvest Festival is Saturday, October 31st. Let me know if you are interested in serving.
