CM Update 2/14/10

John 4:39-42 --And many of the Samaritans of that city believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, "He told me all that I ever did." So when the Samaritans had come to Him, they urged Him to stay with them; and He stayed there two days. And many more believed because of His own word. Then they said to the woman, "Now we believe, not because of what you said, for we ourselves have heard Him and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world."

When we teach the children in our classes, our words are powerful to mold their minds. Some will be turned to Jesus because of our words, but remember that Jesus' Word must take priority. Faith that comes from the hearing of the Word of Christ is solid. Teach the Word in your classes consistently. You cannot go wrong in sharing God's words.

Weekly Updates:

• Please be in prayer for the upcoming CM retreat. We desire that this time will be used to help the children understand the value of Jesus.
• Make sure to mark your calendars for our annual One Day CM Conference (Saturday, April 24th, 9:30 - 4:00pm). This is a very beneficial time to be encouraged and to hone your skills as CM teacher.
  
• We have been blessed with a large number of youth workers in the recent months. Please help them by teaching them how to serve in your classes.
